In fact, you can hire faster, better, and cheaper than ever before simply by creating a referral program for your employees and your community.
Here are the 7 reasons that employee referral programs work.
1. Employees are Matchmakers
Your best advocates are your employees and community, and they’re also your best matchmakers. People are better (at least for the time being) at matchmaking than algorithms or resumes.
