This evening, the Boston Business Journal will honor the best businesses in Boston with the title of “The Best Places to Work in Boston”. Here at Drafted, we decided to tryBoston_Skyline_Over_the_Charles_River
our luck at picking a few companies we think are going to top the list in their categories. There are a lot of great companies featured on the list already released, and it was a difficult decision. It required a lot of late nights, tie breaker rounds of rock, paper, scissors, and one or two fist fights. However, we finally reached a consensus on who would take home the crown this year.

Check out who we think are going to top the list this year below and see which other companies made the list here:

Extra Small Company (20-49 employees)

  1. Zagster
  2. Treeline Inc.
  3. Fresh Tilled Soil

Small Company (50-99 employees)

  1. Cloudhealth Technologies
  2. Seismic
  3. Clear Company

Medium Company (100-249 employees)

  1. Actifio
  2. Genuine
  3. CyberArk

Large Company (250-999 employees)

  1. Rapid7
  2. Hubspot
  3. LogMeIn

Extra Large Company (1000-10,000 employees)

  1. Wayfair
  2. Accenture
  3. Deloitte

Zagster, who tops our list of extra small companies, provides bike sharing for communities, businesses and institutions. They design, build and operate bike share programs that fit a community’s unique needs and provide a great rider experience. If you, or someone you know, happens to be looking to work as a Lead JavaScript Engineer at one of the best places in Boston, then you should head over to Zagster and apply, or refer a friend. They are offering a reward of $4,000 if you refer a friend or $8,000 if you get hired yourself.  We love them, their employees love working for them, and we think you will too!
