Moving in with our customers

Few things make us happier than learning and growing with our customers. We strongly believe  that spending time with our customers is the best way for us to feel their pain and understand their needs.


I’m excited to share that we’re stepping up our relationship with our beta customers. In fact, we’re moving in with them. Several of our current and future partners are at WeWork Boston, so we decided to take the plunge as we graduated from Blade (thanks for all the fish, btw).

At Drafted, we rethink everything - not just our industry and products, but also how to be a company - it’s one of the great luxuries of being a startup. Many companies think of office space as orthogonal to their main mission - it’s just a place to put employees, while meticulously optimizing costs, commute times, and amenities. And occasionally, it’s a vanity symbol.

At Drafted, we think of every change, including a new office, as an opportunity to learn as a product, as individuals, and as a team. We’ve learned the most from our beta customers in 2015, and moving in with some of them at WeWork will accelerate our learning in 2016 (besides, we actually like them ;)).
