Today, we are merging the recruiting side of the Layoff Network into the Drafted mothership, and going forward it will be part of company Referral Pages. When COVID-19 hit, we scrambled together the Layoff Network and put it on our homepage to help get people connected to new opportunities quickly. It was so exciting to see many professionals helping out their former colleagues and friends by referring them to companies in their networks.
Referral Pages give you a landing page to collect referrals from anyone. You can create custom share links to track your stats, automatically get opt-ins from candidates, and sync jobs from your ATS. Referral Pages are accessible and searchable to job seekers on the Drafted layoff network, and anyone that you share them with.
Your jobs are still there, and you’ll continue to get notifications for new candidates that come in. If you want to edit or post new jobs, you’ll have to switch to using a referral page. You can do that by signing into the Layoff Network and clicking on the “My Hiring” tab.
Yes! All recruiters using Drafted can still access the talent feed.
Referral Pages are part of the Drafted External Referrals package, which is priced at $10 / month for unlimited use. For the cost of lunch, you can invite your team, have unlimited jobs, and triage incoming referrals, integrate with your ATS, use email templates for messaging candidates, and get metrics for your campaigns. Take it for a test drive, we offer a free 7 day trial and you can cancel anytime.
If you have any questions or run into problems, let us know at email@example.com. If you want to discuss your strategy for how to use your Referral Pages, we have a ton of great ideas here for how you can turn them into a competitive advantage using an external referral program.
At Drafted, we believe that your company network is your single biggest competitive advantage when it comes to hiring.
